I had suspected the septic tank had not been pumped in years. 1st choice arrived on time, pumped out the septic tank, noticed two problems, advised on suggested repair(s) returned again made the repair(s) retuned the area to the state it was found in (filled in holes in yard). All fees and estimates were as stated, no $$surprises. Good, honest, hardworking man.

I called Jonathan around 3:30 Thursday afternoon and he was able to be at my house that next day at 8:15am. He showed up promptly at 8:15am and was done within the 30 minutes he said it would take. He did a great job of not making it show where he had to dig up the tank cover. I have already recommended him to others! Thanks for a great job.

Professional, educational, excellent response time, very informative, arrived on time, gave courtesy call, thoroughly educated me in septic preventable maintenance and came well equipped for the process. We did have to call roto-rooter afterward to slice-n-dice our clog, but we understood that it is a different service than the septic and drain snake. Jon worked quickly, efficiently, and kept his worksite clean. He was well groomed, respectful, and courteous at all times.

We really appreciated Jon and his crew working so hard to ensure that our septic tank issues were taken care of. They inspected the tank, pointed out that our tank was never properly installed and lacked key parts to ensure the better inner workings of the septic system. They arrived right on time, they did the job for the quoted price, they explained what they were doing to us and were very polite. Never did I feel they were just out to make a quick buck. We never felt pressure to buy "extra" services. Our problem stemmed from numerous years of neglect to the system. It was a relief to know that we weren't causing the problem as our landlord had stated previously. The entire crew was friendly, attentive, and professional. We had an emergency septic issue and quickly looked online for an emergency septic company that could help us. The first number we called (whom by the way was listed as a 24 hour service) did not answer their phone.. this is when we called upon 1st choice septic. It was about 10:30 pm when a VERY helpful Erin answered the phone. I explained my situation and she spent the next 45 minutes reassuring me that I could wait until morning to have this issue addressed. Erin also spent much of that time educating me on my septic tank and why and how it works. The next morning, first thing, just as promised, Jon showed up and quickly began his evaluation of our septic problem.
